Summary: "Easy sitting dumbbells exercises ."
Easy sitting dumbbells exercises DVD. I got this together with the easy sitting chair exercises. I alternate between them every other day. I use 3 Lb Dumbbells.
The Instructor is very good. The exercises are well organized and she explains and shows the exercises before she starts doing them which makes it very easy for me to follow along.
The DVD is about 35 minutes which is good, I am done before I know it.
This DVD has enhanced my strength and flexibility. I love the beautiful sunny beach background.The end relaxation and affirmations with nature gives me more energy and leaves me feeling good.
I Recommended this to all who want easy effective gentle seated chair exercises with dumbbells.

Finally a DVD that overweight people can do! I was looking for an exercise DVD that would provide a good, but not too demanding light weights exercises and stretching routine.
I am very pleased with this DVD--just what I wanted.

Summary: "easy to follow"
this dvd is easy to follow. i lead a group of elderly people in an exercise class. most of them are unable to do standing exercises so this is right up their alley. the painted on smile is a bit obnoxious and some of the seniors commented on that. but, the workout itself is one that all can do. who wouldn't like to workout on the beach?

Summary: "Shorter than expected"
This DVD was somewhat shorter in length than I expected. I think the descriptions of the exercises should have been more detailed, e.g., keep head straight, lift foot 6 inches off floor, etc. The counting of the exercising was definitely not thorough enough and sometimes was a little hard to follow/keep up for elderly audiences. I would definitely look to buying one from a different trainer next time.

Summary: "Good Dumbbells Sitting Exercise DVD."
I got this DVD and the easy sitting exercises DVD for my elderly mother. Good pace for seniors, has a 5 minute warm up, About 20 minutes of mild seated exercises for strength, stretch and balance, about 5 minutes of cool down and 5 minutes of relaxation.
The upper body exercises are done with the dumbbells. No complex choreography.
The trainer explains very clearly and shows how to do the exercise first then she starts and does the exercise 10 times.
Mom likes it a lot and enjoys doing these exercises every other day. Nicley filmed on a sunny beach.
Recommended to those just starting and want to do gentle seated dumbbells exercises.
